Distance Selling regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (prior to shipment, see

cancellation terms below) for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund.

Specific delivery date orders

It may be possible to request delivery for a specific date. Import Mentor will endeavor to make

 this happen but it cannot be guaranteed. Import Mentor will not entertain any claim whatsoever

 for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped. Certain products

also have a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the results. All other products

 have the statutory 7 working day return period, if the product is returned after this period or has been

used then we reserve the right to refuse to acccpt the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 

Data Protection Act 1998

We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. Internet ‘cookies’ are not used on

our website and we do not send out spam e-mails.
