request delivery for a specific date. Import Mentor will endeavor to make this happen but it

cannot be guaranteed. Import Mentor will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation

arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.You may cancel your order for a full refund

prior to your order being shipped. Certain products also have a 14 day money back guarantee

 if you are not satisfied with the results. All other products have the statutory 7 working day

 return period, if the product is returned after this period or has been used then we reserve

the right to refuse to acccpt the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
